TJ is not only a musician and entertainer extraordinaire, he is also an avid shotgunner. TJ appeared on the cover of Trap and Field, the official magazine of the Amateur Trap Shooting Association's April 2002 issue with a four page interview about his music, shooting and life.

He will be performing as well as shooting at the 2002 Grand American Trap Shoot in Ohio in August. He just performed at and participated in Jon Kruger's sporting clay's shoot, the "Kruger Cup" in Indiana this past April.

TJ attends and performs at many celebrity shooting and hunting events and helps raise tens of thousands of dollars each year for organizatins and charites such as: Quail Unlimited, Boy Scouts of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Waterfoul USA, Wish Upon A Star, Inc., and others.
